Work With Sue

Each session is a space to slow down, observe patterns, and reconnect with your internal compass.

Some conversations happen in the pasture with the horses.
Others unfold while walking the land or sitting quietly together.

The goal is not to fix you.

It is to help you notice what is already speaking within you.

What to expect

Sessions are relaxed, conversational, and experiential.

We may spend time:

• observing the horses and how they respond to energy
• walking the island and reflecting on patterns in life
• discussing decisions, boundaries, or life transitions
• exploring the frameworks shared through The Yodah teachings

There is no pressure to perform, share more than you're comfortable with, or arrive with answers.

Curiosity is enough.

Length: 60 minutes

Small Group Experiences

IMPORTANT NOTE

A Gentle Note

The Yodah is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health support.

Sessions are experiential conversations focused on awareness, reflection, and personal growth.
